Well, you would not be knowing that style of your sleeping has a direct effect on your digestive system.

Here is the reason why you should prefer to sleep in left side just after completing dinner.

When you sleep in the left side, your lymphatic system, which is located just above the hearts, performs very well in filtering toxins, lymph fluid and waste.

On the other hand, when you don’t sleep in left side, i.e. you sleep in right side, it makes very difficult in filtering the toxins properly resulting disturbance in digestive system.

So, if you want to live a healthy then prefer to sleep in left side, at least just after completing dinner.
