At the London premier of Maleficient, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie , the ultimate A-list couple of Hollywood, confirmed the rumors that they were toying with the idea of collaborating on-screen once again.
Angelina told the Associated Press, “We are thinking about it.” The famous couple, both dressed in coordinated black dresses, walked in to the private event which was arranged at the Kensington Palace hand-in-hand, the same palace houses British royals like Kate Middleton, Prince William, the royal baby Prince George and other royals.
Jolie was reportedly very excited about attending the event at the royal venue, and said that she is using the event as an excuse to do a little of the tourist thing.
Last Friday, Deadline reported that the couple is teaming up for a project written by Jolie, adding that the potential collaboration is now in the early talking stages.
The couple’s chemistry blossomed exactly ten years ago on the sets of their action-packed romantic comedy, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Jolie, 38, told Elle Magazine for its June 2014 issue that when two people so close to each other work together, you feel inspired as well as challenged and complemented by each other, regarding her fiancé, Brad, now 50.
She said on her partner that now after all these years they have a history, and that when you have that kind of history with someone with whom you are friends in a very deep way, there is a certain kind of comfort and ease and a deep love that comes from having been through so much together. Angelina and Brad share six kids.
Angelina’s latest flick, Maleficient, co-starring Elle Fanning will hit theatres on the 30th of this month.
