Hollywood star Shia LaBeouf appeared in a Manhattan court after his arrest last night during a Broadway show.
The 28-year-old actor was still in his torn and stained T-shirt. He spent the night in a police cell. He looked tired standing next to a legal aid lawyer and pleaded not guilty of the charges.
The dishevelled star of the Transformers film franchise is charged of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment. He was arrested at the intermission time of the Cabaret show. He is alleged of disruptive behavior as well as obscene language.
The former child star was also earlier pictured chasing a homeless man in Times Square. In February this year he had also declared to be retiring from public life due to some attacks against his artistic integrity.
LaBeouf even had been seen drinking in midtown bars before he started with the production of the Cabaret show. He was watching the World Cup on television then, said bar staff. Later he also posed for videos and pictures outside of another bar.
This February the troubled star also walked out of a press conference in Berlin, Germany for his movie Nymphomaniac. Later he was seen on the red carpet for the premier of the same and head covered with wearing brown paper bag that read, “I am not famous anymore.”
