He started eating potatoes, only potatoes, to see if it would bring any change on his fitness level.
Well, after a month, he noticed that his health had received ‘drastic change’. He when weighted himself, found that he had lost around 22 pounds.
Wow, 22 pounds in a month.
However, after a month his dietician advised him to add some sweet potatoes in his diet (as he was only eating white potatoes).
