Yes, losing weight is very easy. You just need to lie calmly on the floor.
Let’s know lying in which position help losing weight:
#1 Lie down straight on floor with both your hands straight to the top of your head and both legs similarly straight to the bottom (see the image).
#2 Note that the hand’s little fingers must touch each other and Leg’s Big toes must touch each other.
#3 Roll a Yoga mat or place a simple but little pillow at your back (see the image).
#4 This is it. Now you just to look above and try to stretch your hands and legs in outer straight direction.
#5 Remain stretching for few seconds.
#6 Repeat the step at least three times a day and do each time for five minutes.
Note – Practise this exercise only with empty stomach.
