Maggie McMuffin, who was travelling to Seattle from Boston in JetBlue Airlines, was asked by the crew member to change the dress or they wouldn’t allow her to board.
Her one friend, Molly McIsaac, later shared the image of the dress which she had wore while boarding, over Facebook.
Molly explained that the crew member asked her to change her dress as they felt it was inappropriate or they wouldn’t allow her to board. And she had to go to other terminal to buy a pair of another shorts for ‘proper coverage’, before finally boarding the flight.
However, the airlines later apologized for the inconvenience caused and offered dollar 162 credit.
