Halle Berry To Pay Big For Daughter Settlement With Ex

Halle Berry is to pay a hefty sum of money to her ex Gabriel Aubry for daughter Nahla.

In a settlement of their child support case the Los Angeles Superior Court judge Scott Gordon approved the agreement in which the Oscar-winning actress is to pay $16,000 per month for the support of 6-year-old girl.

The 47-year-old is also to pay for the tuition of Nahla and to bear half of the health care expenses too. It is reported the payments will continue until the daughter graduates from high school or turns 19, whichever comes first.

The “X-Men: Days of Future Past” to make Aubry a retroactive payment too which is to be $115,000. Attorneys fees of $300,000 is also added.

The pair first met in 2005 on a Versace shoot and in 2006 went public. After two years of dating Nahla was born in 2008. In 2010 both broke up and since 2012 have been embroiled in dispute. Then a judge blocked the star from moving their daughter to France with her when she was shifting with her third husband Olivier Martinez.

Berry and Olivier married in July 2013 in France. Both welcomed a son Maceo last year in October.
