A web hosting provider, named Marco Marsala, deleted his entire company along with the backup by writing just one wrong code, and that too accidentally.

According to the reports, Mr. Marsala wrote over a forum asking if anything could be done to recover the deleted data.

The experts instead said that with the command, he might have also deleted the backup along with thousands of customer’s websites and details. Which means his server is now completely “BLANK”.

Now, the command was ‘rm-rf’, which is a basic command to remove everything. Here ‘rm’ stands for remove, and ‘r’ stands for choose given directory to delete and ‘f’ stands for ignore any usual warning.
