Guess who is back on the track.
Yes, it is the country music star Garth Brooks who revealed last week that he shall embark on a world tour very soon and shall also release his double album on Black Friday in November this year.
Brooks is said to have signed a new deal with Sony and has admitted that ‘I cant be anymore happy and honored to have the devoted fan base and a long-lasting career.’ in a press conference.
The singer expressed his thankfulness to God and all those people who believed in him and his career. The 52-year-old singer says “There are not many artists who are blessed with such chances.”
Back in 2001, Brooks took a break from his career and decided to focus on raising his three beloved daughters.
Garth accepted the fact that he is “Scared” and “Old”, when asked about getting back the stage but said that he is equally thrilled “to experience the second half of this career.”
Details of the upcoming tour will be out by July 14. They will include the ticket prices along with concert dates. Brooks will be touring very soon and everywhere on the globe for two or three years.
“My main aim will be to revive country music. I want people to rave about my concerts from the start to the end. They should call it the best show which will thump harder than rap shows.”
