Food from your favorite restaurant could actually prevent cancer, according to new research

We all must know that curcumin, a compound found actively in turmeric, which helps stopping cancer cells to spread.

And now in recent research, the scientists have found that when this curcumin is combined with silymarin, which is derived from the common herb milk thistle, the effect becomes even more impressive.

However, another adds that the study is still on, so they can’t say anything with full confidence.

Scientists will need to study how the curcumin and silymarin impact the actions of molecules that cause cells to change.

Only then the compounds will be studied over animals and then over humans.

One expert meanwhile says that these compounds are commonly found in restaurant foods.
