For the first time Chris Martin has spoken about his split from actress Gwyneth Paltrow in public.
Barely two months ago, was the end of a ten year long marriage between the couple announced publicly on March 25. The couple’s relation was regarded as one of the strongest relationships in Hollywood. Gwyneth announced the end of her marriage through her healthy living site, GOOP.com.
Now for the first time Chris Martin, the Coldplay lead singer, has opened up publicly about the end of their relationship. In an interview with the BBC Radio 1’s Zane Lowe, he talks about how everyone in their life goes through challenges with money or love or kids or illnesses.
Chris mentioned that there have been many false headlines recently. In the interview, Chris hasn’t mentioned his wife by name but it will focus on music and life. He has also reportedly said that he thinks that One Direction are brilliant. The interview will air on BBC Radio 1 on Monday, 28th April.
It has been reported that both Chris and Gwyneth’s parents were extremely disappointed with their martial break-up. Anthony Martin has told that it is sad and upsetting for everyone, more so because of Chris and Gwyneth’s children. They however remain on very good terms and are amicable. Platrow’s mother was so upset over her daughter’s break-up that she even begged her not to end the marriage, because he was a very good man. But in the end Paltrow did what was best for her, according to an Us Weekly source.
