91-year-old museum visitor filled the puzzle, which turned out to be an artwork worth $80,000

A 91-year-old woman thought that the museum has started a new way to test intelligence of visitors by putting a crossword for display, so she filled all the words. But unfortunately, it turned out to be an artwork worth around $80,000.

It has been reported that the woman, who has not been named, but in her 90s, visited to the Neues Museum Nürnberg, Germany, where she found a crossword like display.

The display had blank spaces along with text saying “insert words”.

She thought that it was for visitors and hence filled words in the blank spaces.

Unfortunately, it later turned out to be a masterpiece designed by Arthur Köpcke in the year 1977.

No any action was taken against the woman as police termed the incident as a ‘mistake’.
