#1 Day 1 – Mix one lemon juice in one glass of water and drink
#2 Day 2 – Mix two lemon juice in two glass of water and drink
#3 Day 3 – Mix three lemon juice in three glass of water and drink
#4 Day 4 – Mix four lemon juice in four glass of water and drink
#5 Day 5 – Mix five lemon juice in five glass of water and drink
#6 Day 6 – Mix six lemon juice in six glass of water and drink
#7 Day 7 – Mix three lemon juice with 10 glass of water, add some honey to taste and drink throughout the day.
#8 Day 8 – Mix six lemon juice in six glass of water and drink
#9 Day 9 – Mix five lemon juice in five glass of water and drink
#10 Day 10 – Mix four lemon juice in four glass of water and drink
#11 Day 11 – Mix three lemon juice in three glass of water and drink
#12 Day 12 – Mix two lemon juice in two glass of water and drink
#13 Day 13 – Mix one lemon juice in one glass of water and drink
