Kim Kardashian is following this diet to lose baby weight

After the star’s family welcomed the youngest member, Saint West, Kim has made herself more conscious about her figure.

And surprisingly, she has yet managed to lose around 42 pounds in these months.

#1 She has kept herself on Atkins Diet.

#2 Her nutritionist Colette Heimowitz reveals that she has been eating proteins all the time, to keep herself fit and satisfied.

#3 Despite of her love of cheese, she is only allowed 4 ounces to eat everyday.

#4 Kim is having 1800 calories a day, which is preferred for a breastfeeding woman.

#5 She is not allowed to eat any type of sugary stuffs. She goes with healthier replacements.

#6 She is losing around two pounds a week.
